The Sausalito Arts Commission will soon be continuing their on-going monthly exhibit in City Council Chambers. As we are instrumental in the new improvements to the Chambers, we will be considering how to best accommodate these exhibits. The changes will be a fresh coat of paint, with a different color scheme which will lend itself to highlighting art work. Lighting will be improved and hardware installed to ensure each work is properly hung. These exhibits will be sponsored by the Arts Commission to ensure that the artwork is hung properly and is shown in the best light.

This is a continuation of our exhibit sponsorship which has been on hold since the departure of the Commissioner who was previously handling the exhibit. With new appointments, we finally have the manpower to move forward sponsoring this exhibit, which showcases the art of local talents.

All entries will be considered equally, but you must either reside or have a studio in Sausalito to qualify.

Be sure to include a link to samples of your work online. We will not consider any artists sight unseen. All submissions will be juried by a select group of Commissioners.

You will be notified if you have been selected to participate.
