Jacques Brel
May 22,2008 - June 15,2008

Jacques Brell is a resident of the "City of Lights" Paris, France- four actors and three musicians, celebrate Brel’s passions with a timeless story. Translated by American poet Eric Blau and lyricist Mort Shuman this show blends ballads, tangos, boleros, rock and classics. Each piece is a narrative, exploring love, war and the adventure, tragedies and complications of the human existance. Don't worry this is not going to bring you down as the performance is a satire on the human condition and the humor associated with human existance.
